The Fatal Disobedience of Adam and the Triumphant Obedience of Christ

Who or what is the most precious thing in your life? What do you desire more than anything else. One of my greatest struggles in that I know the correct answer yet I find myself desiring marriage and love more than the correct answer. So that leaves me with the question of why. My answer to that seems to be that I don't understand who the Christ really is. I don't even really understand who I really am in the grand sceam of things. What Man Does in the New Birth

What is my role in the new birth? In listening to this sermon by John Piper you come to some very foundational truths including the place we have in our own salvation. And also the place that the bible has. In knowing the relationships between God man and the Word of God we can determine steps that are not as obvious as people think. This sermon was allot for me to grapple with. Our Faith in Christ leads to the love of our neighbor (1st and 2nd commandment) The renewing of our mind in the Word of God is the instrument of our new birth making our faith begin the living process.

Faith Unique and Fruitful Effect of the New Birth

So many people believe different things. Christianity is just another "belief" to them. And if you ask them are there such thing as absolutes they say no.
In studding people I have found one very important thing. Honest people don't really care what you or I believe. They want the truth. You don't care what I believe. You want the truth! Is Christianity just another empty yelling among the winds of every one else belief systems. Or is faith in Yeshua the Mesiah alot deeper.
